You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Once a refund is issued, all rights granted under this agreement—including access to your account, support, and product updates—will be terminated.

If you do not agree to these terms, your sole remedy is to request a refund within the 30-day window.

Plugin License

WP Debug Toolkit (including all add-ons and components placed inside your /wp-content/plugins/ directory) is copyrighted by Neon Sparrow Ventures LLC and licensed under the GPL v2:

Limited Warranty

WP Debug Toolkit and its add-ons are provided “as is”, with no warranty, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and ensuring compatibility within your environment.

Neon Sparrow Ventures LLC, including its employees, partners, and shareholders, shall not be liable for any damages or data loss resulting from use of the software or the termination of your license.

Account Access & License Usage

You may use your license key for WP Debug Toolkit on:

Any number of websites you own or operate, and any number of websites owned by your clients.

You may not share or distribute the plugin or its add-ons, your license key, or your account credentials to any third party who is not your direct client.

Definition of a Client

A client is someone for whom you are:

• Building a custom website

• Providing custom development work

A client is not someone who:

• Bought a theme, plugin, or digital product you sell

• Hired you only to configure WP Debug Toolkit

• Purchased a pre-built website from you

You may not bundle WP Debug Toolkit or its add-ons into another commercial product or hosted SaaS offering.

Support

Support access is limited to one person or organization per license.

You may request support for issues on any website covered under your license, including client websites.
However, clients may not contact support directly unless they purchase their own license.

Support is provided solely at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. If access to support is denied, you are entitled to a full refund, even beyond the 30-day window.

If you request a refund, we may immediately revoke your license and end this agreement.

Updates

Your purchase includes lifetime access to updates, meaning that your update access never expires, but we do not guarantee continuous development indefinitely, or access to new products from the same brand, unless explicitly stated in the product being purchased. 

Updates are accessible via your account dashboard or through WordPress automatic updates. You may not provide update access to anyone other than yourself or your current clients.

Termination

We may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying you via email.

• If termination is due to a violation of these terms, no refund will be provided.

• If termination is for any other reason, you will receive a full refund, even after 30 days.

You may terminate the agreement at any time. If done within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, all remaining provisions remain in full force.

Modification

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the product, support, or updates after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
